We are proud to claim that all components of our water analysis sensors are manufactured at our German production site in Hartha. We employ professionally trained technical glassblowers who manufacture innovative products with unparalleled precision, designed at our headquarters in Meerbusch near Düsseldorf, Germany. Our state-of-the-art Hartha manufacturing site, which was massively expanded in 2018 and 2021, enables us to serve individual, on-demand customer requests and manufacture sensors for disinfection, pH, and redox measurement in high volumes.
The Zirkon® Gas Cl2 was developed for chlorine gas detection, e.g. for monitoring storage and exhaust air. It is designed as an amperometric 3-electrode sensor and has a very short response time. The sensor is calibrated via the printed reference value. The fitting Ne GSH allows an easy on site installation.
The chlorine gas sensor has a measuring range of 0 to 20 ppm and can be used in environments between -20 and + 40 °C with humidity between 15 and 90%.
The Zirkon® Gas O3 was developed for ozone detection in storage and exhaust air environments. It is designed as an amperometric 3-electrode sensor and has a very short response time. The sensor is calibrated using the printed reference value. The fitting Ne GSH allows an easy installation.
The ozone gas sensor has a measurement range of 0 to 1 ppm and can be used in temperature environments between -20 and + 40 °C with humidity between 15 and 90%.
Zirkon® Gas ClO2 was developed for chlorine dioxide detection in storage and exhaust air environments. It is designed as an amperometric 3-electrode sensor and has a particularly short response time. The sensor is calibrated using the printed reference value. The fitting Ne GSH allows an easy installation.
The chlorine dioxide gas sensor has a measuring range of 0 to 1 ppm and can be used in temperature environments between -20 and + 40 °C with humidity between 15 and 90%.
The Neon® GAS provides reliable gas detection in enclosed buildings such as indoor pools, spa areas, storage and exhaust systems. The device consists of a gas detector with touch display. In the standard version, up to two Zirkon® gas sensors can be connected to the Neon® GAS. In addition, there are two digital inputs and three potential-free contacts for detecting two different limit values as well as issuing a general fault signal. The device is available for mounting in a control panel and for wall mounting.
The Neon® GAS can record these values from our Zirkon® gas sensors:
Full connectivity with an existing measurement infrastructure can be established via the Kuntze Cloud Connect® service. Software updates and add-on modules can also be activated at any time after purchase.
