Expert sensor manufacturing - Made in Germany

Scalable sensor production thanks to our manufacturing site in Hartha / Germany

We are proud to claim that all components of our water analysis sensors are manufactured at our German production site in Hartha. We employ professionally trained technical glassblowers who manufacture innovative products with unparalleled precision, designed  at our headquarters in Meerbusch near Düsseldorf, Germany. Our state-of-the-art Hartha manufacturing site, which was massively expanded in 2018 and 2021, enables us to serve individual, on-demand customer requests and manufacture sensors for disinfection, pH, and redox measurement in high volumes.

Conductive sensors for conductivity measurement

Zirkon® Conductivity LE44 Pt

The Zirkon® Conductivity LE44 Pt electrode was developed for conductivity measurement in cooling water, drinking water, and process water environments. The conductive 2-electrode measuring cell is made of stainless steel and is extremely resistant to contamination and easy to clean.

The sensor features an integrated Pt100 temperature sensor and is optionally available with a Hirschmann connector with ¾ inch external thread or a 10 m fixed cable with ½ inch external thread. The conductive sensor withstands a maximum pressure of 16 bar (at 20 °C) and can be used in temperature ranges between 0 and 135 °C (Hirschmann connector) or 0 and 90 °C (fixed cable).

Benefits
  • Reliable conductivity measurement due to 2-electrode measuring cell
  • Stainless steel sensor with integrated temperature detector
  • Low tendency to contamination and easy to clean
  • Available in two versions: ¾” Hirschmann connector and ½” fixed cable connection

Inductive sensors for conductivity measurement

IL 15

The IL 15 inductive sensor is designed for conductivity measurement in heavily polluted industrial-, and process water, and waste water treatment applications. It contains two internal, ring-shaped measuring loops. The outer housing is made of polypropylene (PP) and is therefore not sensitive to contamination and is corrosion-resistant.

The sensor also features an NTC temperature detector and comes with a
6 m fixed cable and a ½ inch external thread. It can withstand a maximum pressure of 10 bar (at 20 °C) and can be used in temperature ranges up to 90 °C.

Benefits
  • Reliable conductivity measurement through inductive, ring-shaped measuring loops
  • Integrated NTC temperature sensor
  • Robust and easy to clean outer housing made of polypropylene (PP)
  • Compact design and easy installation due to 6 m fixed cable
Applications
Industrial Water
Process Water

Matching products for conductivity measurement

Neon® EC / Neon® EC IL

Single-channel water monitoring system for conductivity measurement

The Neon® EC / Neon® EC IL provides reliable measurement results for water conductivity while also providing a temperature measurement. The device is available in two versions and can be used either with conductive sensors (Neon® EC) or with inductive sensors (Neon® EC IL). The device is ready for direct wall mounting or for installation in control panels. In the standard version, the Neon® EC / Neon® EC IL is equipped with inputs for conductivity and temperature measurement. A digital input and an alarm relay are also included.

Neon® EC / Neon® EC IL can also be expanded with one or two analoq outputs, concentration or volume-based control functions, as well as a Modbus RTU unit and a data logger. Full connectivity with an existing measurement infrastructure can be established via the Kuntze Cloud Connect® service. Software updates and add-on modules can also be activated at any time after purchase.
